These terms apply to your use of CCPost, software provided by ChiChi Studio ("we", "us"). By installing or using CCPost you agree to them.

1. What CCPost does

CCPost lets you connect your own accounts on Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X, and publish video posts you prepare to those accounts. It runs on your computer and stores data in a database and storage bucket you control.

2. Your accounts and content

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for everything you publish through CCPost, including holding the rights to the videos, music, images and text in each post. You must follow the terms, community guidelines and API policies of each platform you publish to.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use CCPost to send spam, post content that is unlawful or infringing, get around platform rate limits, or access accounts without permission.

4. Third-party platforms

CCPost depends on APIs run by the platforms listed above. They can change, limit or withdraw access at any time. We are not responsible for their availability, their decisions about your content, or actions they take on your accounts.

5. No warranty

CCPost is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that posts will publish successfully or that the software is free of errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChiChi Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost content, lost revenue, or account suspensions arising from your use of CCPost.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using CCPost at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling it.
