Privacy Policy
Last updated November 4, 2026CCPost runs entirely on your own computer. ChiChi Studio does not collect, receive, sell or share any of your data.
Data CCPost handles
- Access tokens issued by each platform when you connect an account. Stored in your local MongoDB database.
- Basic profile details returned by the platform, such as account ID, username and profile picture, so you can see which account is connected.
- Your media and captions: videos, covers, subtitles and post text you import. Stored in the AWS S3 bucket you configure.
- Publishing results: post IDs, status and error messages returned by the platforms, and a local request log.
How it is used
This data is used only to publish the posts you choose and to show you their status. CCPost sends your media and captions to a platform only when you press Publish for that platform. It does not read your feeds, messages, followers or other content.
Sharing
Data leaves your machine only in requests to the platform APIs you connected and to your own S3 bucket. There are no analytics, tracking or advertising services in CCPost.
Retention
Data stays in your database and bucket until you delete it. Disconnecting an account removes its tokens from CCPost.
Platform policies
When you publish, each platform handles your content under its own privacy policy. CCPost's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
