FAQ

Which platforms does CCPost support?

Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X. Each account is connected separately with that platform's own login.

Does CCPost post anything automatically?

No. A post is only published when you press Publish. There is no scheduling.

Where is my data stored?

On your own machine and in your own storage. Account tokens and post records are kept in a local database, and media in the S3 bucket you configure. ChiChi Studio does not receive any of it.

What video format do I need?

Vertical 1080×1920, 30 or 60 fps, H.264 video with AAC audio, under 59 seconds and under 50 MB. CCPost checks each file before publishing and does not re-encode it.

What goes in the import zip?

A posts markdown file with captions per language, plus the videos, JPG covers and SRT or JSON subtitles it refers to.

How do I remove my data?

See Data deletion for the steps.
